Sending Text Messages

How do I know if my message is delivered?

You can check whether your text message has been delivered by logging on to your account on-line. Once logged on click on "Sent messages" in the left hand column, select the time period of interest and press "view".

NOTE: By default we no longer send emails to report non-delivery.  To enable this option click on My account settings and select the "password and options" tab. Check the options "email non-delivery reports".
