You can run MagicMessage on as many PC's as you wish. After installing MagicMessage on each machine, run the program and click on tools, account details and enter your account username and password. You will probably want to set a different reply email address too. Once complete click on the "get balance" button to make sure everything is OK.

If you prefer to use TextMagic email to send texts, then you will need to register all the email addresses you use to your TextMagic account.

It is also possible to create separate sub-account for different departments within your company. Also you might want to do this so that each person can set their own mobile phone number for replies. To share your account message credits first login to your TextMagic Online account. Then look under My Account for Sub Accounts.
