How Textmagic Helped

Textmagic SMS service worked as an alternative to e-mail send outs, provided us with a second contact channel. Other providers we looked at didn't manage to deliver a service with all the criteria needed (Long SMS, URLs with special characters, etc.). Textmagic also gave us very good support throughout the project.

The Results

We have only tried Textmagic for a couple of projects but so far it has been saving us time, and again, it is a way to boost our response rates, hence boosting quality rather than saving costs.
