Your account balance will expire after 24 months of inactivity. If you would like to have your credit balance refunded, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, company name, email address and the reason for requesting a refund, as knowing the reason for your refund request will help us to improve our service.
We do not store credit card details on this website. All payment data is securely captured and stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway. We work with Stripe, WorldPay and PayPal.
If you send a text message that exceeds 160 characters it will be split into smaller messages that do not exceed the limit. You pay the amount listed in the pricing table above for each of the smaller messages. Such long SMS messages are also called concatenated SMS messages.
You are able to see and print all your invoices and transactions on your account invoices page. We also attach a PDF invoice to every order confirmation sent to you via email.
