“Quick, helpful setup and transparent pricing“
Textmagic just works! The setup process (though necessarily painful because of federal regulations) was made much easier by the Textmagic team’s quick responses and helpful support.
Now that we’re up and running, their charges are straightforward, with no “gotchas,” and they feel quite reasonable. Most days I barely think about Textmagic, which is exactly the point: they’re quietly working their magic for our customers every day.

“Textmagic Fanatic“
What I love about Textmagic is how convenient it is for our clients. Typically our clients prefer texting over emailing or calling. I also enjoy how user-friendly it is.
You don't need instructions for using it; its interface is pretty self-explanatory. I also enjoy that our admin can have their own profile, which makes it easier to see who exactly texted our client.

Textmagic is a key part of my system for lots of different reasons.
But I mainly want to point out the support which is fantastic. I send an email with any issue I have and within a few hours, it’s fixed.

I've been using Textmagic for a while now, and it works really well for my business. It integrates seamlessly with Zapier, which helps automate a lot of my workflows, saving me time. While the pricing isn't my favorite, the service itself is solid and reliable.
It's easy to use and I can count on it for timely and efficient communication. Overall, it’s been a great tool in my toolkit.
“The only text app to consider!“
After trying out many texting apps, I discovered Textmagic.
I have been using it for over five years, and I haven't found anything else that comes close to offering the same features. My entire texting history is stored, making it simple to search for old messages and resend them if needed.
Group texting is effortless with Textmagic, there are no restrictions on how many people you can include in a group message. I use the web app daily and also have the mobile app, which allows me to easily review sent texts and resend them whenever necessary.
There is nothing to dislike! Textmagic does everything you need.

“Helpful team, easy to use product.“
Service is easy and affordable.
Support team helped with original validation failed. I tried to use a different service at first and after a month I still couldn't text. I was able to text within a few days with Textmagic and it has been working seamlessly since for our needs.
I don't think we have had any issues with Textmagic at this time. Oh, I wish it would integrate with Ring Central for a CPAS or w/e its called. But I knew it didn't when we bought the product so hardly a complaint.

Pricing is very competitive compared to other texting platforms I've used.
The user interface is very clean and organized and has a very low learning curve, which helps users get acclimated very quickly.

I have been using Textmagic for several years now and have been very satisfied with the service.
The ability to have an interactive text experience has been beneficial in communicating with patients. Many times we are able to get responses to simple questions and confirmations quicker than phone calls themselves.
In addition, many of my patients live in the country where cell phone service is not great, but they are able to receive and send text messages.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to any and all small businesses
