It is very easy to get started with email campaigns.

1. Set up an email sender: verify a domain or a single email address using our guided flow.

2. Compose and prepare your first campaign. Emails can be created using our rich text editor or via HTML.

3. Send the campaign or schedule for later.

4. Review the results and track replies. Check clicks, opens, or unsubscribe rates at a glance or view the individual performance for each email address you contact.

Why do I need to verify my domain or email address?

Where will my recipients’ replies go?

There are to ways how to get replies to your email campaigns.

1. Textmagic Tickets

Set your Textmagic inbox as a “Reply-to” address when creating your email campaign. This way all replies will end up in Textmagic Tickets section and you can assign them to your team members, tag them, and continue your conversations directly from Textmagic app.

2. Your custom inbox (outside the Textmagic app)

If you set your own “Reply to” email address, then all replies will go directly to your selected inbox, which means that you will not be able to track replies in the Textmagic app.

How to stay compliant with industry standards when sending email campaigns?

1. Get consent before sending

Only email people who have explicitly opted in to receive communication from you. This aligns with regulations like the CAN-SPAM Act.
