- Before conducting the A/B test, we specify the test objective and sample size. We also decide on which platform to use — Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Our designer receives the brief and generates the two variants by changing only one component at a time — for example, the call to action, the image, the caption, the typeface, or the color.
- After that, we divide our audience into two groups at random and present one meme variant to each group.
- We continuously monitor the A/B test using the built-in feature of the social platform. You can also use third-party tools like Google Analytics 4 to do that.
- We evaluate the test after it has run long enough — at least 24 hours — to determine which variation performed better based on our metric.
