We are an insurance approved accident repairs centre who help consumers, companies and fleet managers get their mishaps and accidents repaired. Family run business from over the last 30 years.

The Business Challenge

On a daily basis we receive a lot of new claims and customers all of whom will need our address and phone number. Whilst trying to save ourselves some time and keeping it efficient as possible, sending a text message has been found to be the easiest way to do so.

I was able to copy and past phone numbers of our clients into the address field with a template message stored and quickly send messages to them with our details or any correspondence whilst also keeping a record of what was sent to whom.
