Insurance Examinations is an affilicate of ExamOne and provides mobile and in office paramedical examinations for all insurance companies licensed in Kansas. We provide insurance physicals, DNA paternity testing, drug and alcohol testing. We can also help employers set up a drug free workplace policy. We can do in office or mobile testing.

More and more we are having difficulty contacting people to schedule their insurance exams. We have found that many people do not return messages but most respond very quickly to text messages.

How Textmagic Helped

It is been extremely helpful being able to text people from our computers. Applicants respond quickly and we are able to get them scheduled quickly. We also really like being able to enter a text message reminder for an appointment and schedule it to be sent the night before their appointment.

The Results

We have seen a reduction in time it takes to schedule applicants. We have also seen better communication with applicants when they are going to be late or miss an appointment. In the past they would just show up late or not show up but now we are finding that they will send us a quick text to let us know what is going on so we can plan accordingly.
