The Business Challenge

Communicating with our students via traditional email has almost become passé and its effectiveness questionable at best. Phone calls or phone messages were getting ignored and overall our communication with our student body was very ineffective. For us, poor communication, regardless of who's fault it was, is not acceptable and can cause immeasurable damage to any company's goals.

How Textmagic Helped

Textmagic has bridged that gap in our communication capabilities. Yes we still email and still make the calls, but the response rate to texting with Textmagic is 10 times the response rate of email. And from personal experience day after day, if the student doesn't respond he or she still reads the text. it is the way to go. We send out thousands upon thousands of texts each semester. Textmagic is an incredible tool that has dramatically increased our ability to stay in touch with our students.

The Results

A ten fold increase in the student response rate. Increased reaction even when the students do not respond back. It has helped us with resolving financial aid issues, student success issues, attendance issues, and others.
