About Hale Services

We are an answering service which focuses on small & home based businesses and entrepreneurs. We have over 2 decades of experience working in the offices of many small businesses here in Southwest Florida. We bring that knowledge and professionalism to the table every time we answer one of our customers' phone calls. Ultimately though, our mission is to expand the level of small business ownership in our community by providing some of the tools these companies will need to start and continually grow.

The Business Challenge

Being a lean start up, we do not have the capital to spend on expensive, huge, integrated telecommunications systems. Instead, our approach is very much "professional-DIY". The ability to easily send & receive text messages to/from our customers **from our computer** was the single biggest unexpected challenge we faced. Imagine, we were trying to put together an entire telecommunications system on a shoestring budget, and finding ready solutions to each problem we encountered, except we simply could not find a provider to send and receive SMS text messages from a computer. This went on for almost a month...
