Step #1: Log in to your TextMagic account or sign up for a free 30-day trial. Navigate to “Compose.”
Step #2: Fill out the necessary fields: ‘To’, ‘From’, ‘Message’. Click on “Attach File” and add the file from your computer.
Step #3: TextMagic will automatically convert your file into a clickable link.
TextMagic supports Word documents, image files (.jpg, .png,.gif), and PDFs.
Please keep in mind that you will need to receive confirmation from subscribers to start sending texts through our platform. Here’s our step-by-step tutorial:
Step #1: Log in to your TextMagic account or sign up for a free 30-day trial. Navigate to the Contacts tab and click on New Contact.
Step #2: You can import multiple contacts from Excel documents, or you can add your contacts one by one. We also added a new feature that allows you to import Salesforce contacts. Please keep in mind that contacts imported from an Excel file should include the necessary fields (e.g., first name, last name, phone number, etc.). If you are importing contacts from a different country, don’t forget to add the country code.
Step #3: Assign your contacts to a list and click Continue. Match your Excel data with the custom fields and click Continue again. Wait for the list to update. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
